Powerlifting Training

Training today and had a GREAT session.

Very nice session today.

Squats felt powerful and strong.

Deadlifts, I aimed to get 180 for a triple today and thats what I got.

Rest was solid work.

Gonna have a bit of an easier week this week training wise.

Most likely bench tuesday, maybe kettkebells thursday and squat and dead lift again next weekend. Body not feeling as good as it could.

  1. What gym do you go to? I'm struggling to find a decnt gym in Eastbourne with either decent amounts of weight, or a squat rack.

  2. I use my own space and also the Brighton Uni gym up in Meads which is very good.
