Bulgarian Bag MAX Test
12kg Bag - 100 spins as fast as possible (50 each way) switch directions whenever DO NOT PUT THE BAG DOWN. Grip must be changed with bag on shoulders:-
TIME:- 2min 03 seconds
Nice little session today, mixture of strength and power.
